Helal Mukhles Alam
Chairman
Helal Mukhles Alam has been involved in the Aviation Industry since 1984. He was a shareholder/partner of ABC Air Limited which was the GSA for Korean Airlines and Emirates Airlines in Bangladesh till 2005. He established Aerolex in the UK in 1992, which was the PSA of both Emirates and Bangladesh Biman for the sub-continental market.
He was the Managing Director of Wilson Logistics which later became TNT Logistics and then GeoDis Wilson (the logistics wing of SNCF – Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français) in Bangladesh from 1999-2011.
He is currently the CEO of Hellenic Sourcing Hong Kong Limited which is a Swedish-Bangladeshi joint venture garments buying house with offices in Bangladesh, China, India and Sweden. He is also the Chairman of Aerolex.
Raihan Alauddin
Managing Director
Raihan Alauddin is the Managing Director of Aerolex UK. He has been running the operations of Aerolex in the UK and Bangladesh since 2015.
Prior to that his experience lies in the financial services industry with Barclays Bank in the UK and Standard Chartered Bank in Bangladesh.
He is also the Managing Director of HSPP Consultants which is a leading management consultancy firm in Bangladesh. His other business interests include Alpha Square Partners, a BPO focussed on IT, Finance and Accounting in Singapore and Bangladesh.
He also runs a family run charity hospital, ENT Foundation Hospital in Bangladesh for underprivileged members of society.

Marketing Director
Poonam Alam is the Marketing Director of Aerolex UK. She has been running the marketing operations of Aerolex in the UK and Bangladesh since 2010.
She is also the Marketing Director of of Hellenic Sourcing Hong Kong Limited which is a Swedish-Bangladeshi joint venture garments buying house with offices in Bangladesh, China, India and Sweden. She set up the Bangladesh operations in 2009 as a start up and today this office employs over 40 staff.
Poonam also has experience in the logistics industry working for GeoDis Wilson in the UK and for ScanGlobal Logistics in Bangladesh.
Dr. Chowdhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddiky (Bar-at-Law)
Director & Legal Advisor
Ishrak Siddiky is a practicing lawyer in the Appellate and High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
He passed his Bar Exams and was called to the English Bar from the Hon’ble Society of Middle Temple. He has also completed his LLM and PhD in Energy Law from the University of Dundee, and his LLB from the University of Kent.
Additionally he is currently teaching as an Associate Professor and Head of the LLM Program at the University of Asia Pacific in Bangladesh.

Md Shohel Rana serves as the Executive Director at Aerolex, bringing over fourteen years of extensive experience in both domestic and international Airlines, Corporate, and GSA Industry.
